CertifyBusiness provides ISO standards training, assessment, and certification services through two divisions:

• ODC Standards Certifications: full-portfolio ISO standards training, assessment, and certification for medium and large organisations (21+ ISO standards).
• APTS Quality Certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) training, assessment, and certification for micro and small organisations.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or connected systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the website (scraping) without our written permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

4. Enquiries & Quotes

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding agreement. Quotes provided by us are estimates based on the information you supply and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a service agreement or proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of ODCAPTS ISO Certifications Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The names "CertifyBusiness", "ODC Standards Certifications", "APTS Quality Certifications", and the ODCAPTS logo are trademarks of ODCAPTS ISO Certifications Services.

6. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our ISO certification services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your organisation and its processes.
• Make relevant personnel available for training, assessment, and audit activities as scheduled.
• Implement the documented management system in good faith.
• Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

7. Certification & Accreditation

CertifyBusiness provides training, assessment, and facilitation services to prepare organisations for ISO certification. The actual issuance of ISO certificates is performed by accredited certification bodies. We do not guarantee that any organisation will achieve certification — the outcome depends on the organisation's implementation and the certification body's assessment.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and methods, will be specified in the service agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODCAPTS ISO Certifications Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ODCAPTS ISO Certifications Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the information accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information.
